Battery disposal
We only have one environment!
Batteries may be included in the scope of delivery of some devices, and under certain circumstances batteries may also be permanently installed in the devices. According to the Battery Act (BattG), we are obliged to point out the following to you:
Batteries and accumulators may not be disposed of with household waste; you are legally obliged to return used batteries and accumulators. Used batteries can contain harmful substances that, if not stored or disposed of properly, can harm the environment or your health. Batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and are recycled. After use, you can either return the batteries to us:

Or returned free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in stores or at municipal collection points). The symbol of a crossed out wheelie bin means that you must not dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries in household waste.
