Monday to 08:00 order, shipping on the same business day
Tuesday to Friday order until 10:00, shipping on the same working day
Saturday order until 10:00 a.m., shipping on the next working day
Sundays or holidays shipping on the next but one working day.
When ordering through our web store, please activate this service in the ordering process. For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Poland we charge a flat rate of € 15.00 per order, regardless of the order value.
Delivery to Austria
We deliver our customers in Austria quickly and easily by DHL, in 2-4 business days (DHL standard delivery). For urgent orders to be delivered within one business day, please select "DHL Express Package" at checkout. Your order will then be handled with priority.
Delivery to Switzerland
For customers from Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee.
