Gerne veranlassen wir eine Lieferung an Deine bevorzugte DHL-Packstation. Bitte teile uns dazu bei Deiner Bestellung die Nummer der Packstation sowie Deine Postnummer mit.
Bitte beachte, dass die Packstation nur als "abweichende Lieferadresse" und nicht als Rechnungsadresse verwendet werden kann. Bitte wähle im zweiten Schritt des Bestellporzesses eine "Neue Adresse" und die Option "Versand an Packstation". Anschließend kannst Du deine Postnummer sowie die Nummer der DHL Packstation eingeben.
Solltest du die Numer der Packstation nicht zur Hand haben, kannst Du diese auch bequem suchen. Bitte gib dafür die PLZ an und wähle "Packstation finden".

We have only one environment!
Under this motto we take various measures to protect our environment. You as a customer are cordially invited to participate with an environmental euro. When you buy a gift box, we will transfer this amount to our partner "Climate Partner" to support sustainable projects. In the selection of projects, we also pay attention to the support of their own country, for example, German hydroelectric power plants.
In addition to the environment Euro, we pay great attention to recycled materials, these are used by us for example in our gift boxes, wrapping paper, colored sizzle and shipping materials. Without any loss of quality.
Our company headquarters is completely built with photovoltaics, in our offices we work almost paper-free.

You can find our payment methods in three places in our store:

Very quickly, usually on the same business day, we assemble the gift boxes and pack the individual gifts. The pickup by the carrier usually takes place in the afternoon. Your order will arrive in Germany in about 1 - 2 business days at you, or your specified address.
Monday to 08:00 o'clock order, dispatch on the same working day Tuesday to Friday to 10:00 o'clock order, dispatch on the same working day Saturday to 10.00 o'clock order, dispatch on the next working day Sunday or holidays dispatch on the next working day but one.
When your ordered package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email we will send you a tracking code from DHL. With this link you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
We will gladly ship your gift box or gift to another address. In the order you can specify your desired address in step "2" > delivery address, new address. Don't worry, we will send the invoice only to the email address you specify.

Orders are always combined if they are received at the same time and recognizable belong to each other.

You can order at any time and we will deliver at your desired date. So you can plan an occasion, a celebration in advance and then concentrate on other things. Please note the desired delivery date in the order.
At the moment the shipping fee in Germany is: € 3,90.
For an order over € 40, - you pay no shipping costs.

If you want to exchange it for another gift box or another gift, we will be happy to advise you personally. For the renewed shipping again the flat rate applies
Yes, we are happy to ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Poland.
For shipping costs, please click "Shipping Costs" on the item page.
For customers from Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend the service of MeinEinkauf.ch to use. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee.
Basically, we do not include the invoice or the delivery bill in the shipped packages. You will receive both from us exclusively by email.
We are always trying to offer as many payment methods as possible. If your desired payment method is not listed, please contact our customer service. You can do this via chat, phone or email.

We will gladly arrange a delivery to your preferred DHL packing station. Please let us know the number of the Packstation and your postal number when you place your order.
Please note that the Packstation can only be used as a "different delivery address" and not as a billing address. In the second step of the ordering process, please select a "New address" and the option "Shipping to Packstation". Then you can enter your postal number and the number of the DHL Packstation.
If you do not have the number of the Packstation at hand, you can easily search for it. Please enter the postal code and select "Find Packstation".

If there is any external damage to the packaging/package upon delivery, please refuse to accept the shipment.
Before unpacking, please take several photos of the package, preferably from all sides and especially from the damaged area.

For an exchange to another gift box or another gift, we will be happy to advise you personally.
Please contact our customer service for a return by email (service@ideas-in-boxes.com), chat, or by telephone (08241 50 14 650). We will then send you a prepaid return label. This way your return is free of charge and insured.
Alternatively, you can simply return the goods online. Proceed as follows:
- Click on the link "Show order" in our order confirmation.
- Select "Returns" on the left side.
- Now just select which items should be returned & Done!
An email will be sent to you immediately with the return label, which is usually free of charge.
After a return from you, each product is individually assessed and decided whether we can take it back. Please understand that a blanket statement is not possible for food, gift packaging, decoration and personalized gifts or gift boxes. You will receive your credit on the same payment method as you have purchased. If you want a different refund then we ask you to contact us.
You have 30 days to inspect our gift boxes and individual products, and return them within this period.
At the moment we do not offer this option.
