We have different types of magnetic boxes in our range.
(fixed)
Stands for fixed magnetic boxes. Due to the low height (usually less than 3 cm), we do not use adhesive corners or similar here.
All other sizes are supplied flat. Here too, sustainability is our top priority. The flat storage saves more than 80% of the storage space. This makes storage easier for you and us and enables significantly more efficient shipping.
All flat magnetic boxes can be assembled in just a few seconds and without practice and are at least as stable as permanently assembled magnetic boxes.
For our high-quality magnetic boxes, we use extremely strong premium adhesive corners that can withstand even heavy products or gifts.
For single-color printing, we recommend screen printing, especially when CI colors such as Pantone or HKS are used, as only this printing process enables the exact reproduction of these colors.
Digital printing is the optimal choice for multi-colored motifs and image printing, as it offers high color accuracy and attention to detail.
Screen printing is best suited for UV varnish prints without additional underlying color. If UV varnish is used as a finish on a print, digital printing is the preferred method as it does not show any register differences between the printing inks.
Embossing is mainly used for metallic gloss effects such as gold or silver to give the design a classy and eye-catching look.
We are happy to create a print approval before you place your order. Please send us the print data as a vector file (EPS, AI, PDF, ZIP) by e-mail and tell us the desired packaging size / color.
Vector files are mathematically defined images that are made up of dots on a grid. Raster files consist of colored blocks, commonly referred to as pixels. Vector files can be scaled indefinitely without affecting the resolution. (Source: Adobe)

Vector graphics are required for screen printing and embossing in order to produce tools such as the screen (screen printing) or the metal embossing stamp (embossing). As a rule, any graphics agency can convert your files into vector graphics.
Premium print data service
If more extensive work on the print data is required, we offer a professional premium print data service, which is charged on an hourly basis. Our graphic designers and print data professionals offer the following services:
- Vectorize: Pixel logos are vectorized. This is a prerequisite for creating an embossing stamp or finishing with hot foil or effect varnish.
- Image processing: Existing images are optimized and prepared for printing.

Hot foil stamping:
For technical reasons, the maximum embossing area is limited to 17x17cm per hot foil stamping.
Larger motifs must be divided into two embossing processes - please contact our service department in advance.
Screen printing:
The screen print must be at least 1.5cm from all edges.
Digital printing:
The print area for digital printing is limited to 20*20cm. If you require more space, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.
We offer our customers two options here.
Screen printing / embossing: It is sufficient if you send us the motif/logo as a vectorized file together with the placement request.
Digital printing: For digital printing, image files (.jpeg .png, .pdf, etc.) can also be sent together with the placement request.
Layout
If you prefer to do the placement on our layout template yourself, we will be happy to send you the layout.
Yes.
Screen printing: Due to the tools required, the minimum production time is 1 - 1.5 weeks. We are happy to send the order directly by express or courier. Please contact us before or after ordering for this option.
Even though the configurator currently only shows magnetic boxes, all our premium and slip lid boxes can also be printed. Due to the extremely large selection of colors, these are not yet available in this version of the configurator.

Basically all of them. Unfortunately, only the sides of boxes with a height of less than 2.5 cm cannot be printed. However, the lid* and the base can also be printed on these boxes.
*For boxes with a height of less than 2.5 cm, the inside of the lid can only be printed with blind or hot foil stamping.
One print run is required for each print position and color.
Example: 3-color logo on the lid
This example requires 3 print runs.
Example: 3-color logo on the lid + 2-color logo on the inside of the lid
This example requires 5 print runs. 3 print runs on the outer lid and two for the inside of the lid.
Digital Printing (4-color printing, CMYK):
Digital printing allows for 4-color CMYK printing, enabling a wide range of colors and shades. There are no limitations in the number of colors used, which simplifies the printing of complex designs, photos, and gradients. Digital printing is particularly suitable for smaller runs and offers a fast and cost-effective solution with precise color reproduction.
Screen Printing:
Screen printing is done using Pantone colors.
The following Pantone color types are available depending on the box color:
- Pantone C for laminated boxes: white matte, black glossy, taupe matte, red matte, pink matte.
- Pantone U for unlaminated / kraft paper boxes: black matte, natural, white kraft, grey kraft, blue kraft, brown kraft.
Hot Foil Stamping:
A wide range of foil colors is available. Hot foil stamping is most commonly used for shiny effects such as gold and silver.
We are happy to send you images of suitable foil colors that match your desired color for selection.
Blind Embossing:
With blind embossing, no color is applied to the box. Instead, the logo/motif is pressed or recessed into the cardboard.

Printed samples can usually be shipped the same day from previous customer orders. We will select suitable samples based on your desired box and print color.
Samples with your own logo can also be produced individually. The costs for this are:
Screen printing: 125 EUR* per print color.
Blind and hot foil stamping: 160 EUR* + 100 EUR* for each additional color.
Unprinted samples can be ordered at any time from our shop. After ordering printed boxes, we will reimburse the cost of one box + standard shipping within Germany. (fastest solution)
Alternatively, we are also happy to send free samples. These must be returned afterwards using our free return label. Please send us a short email for this.

Digital printing for small to medium quantities
Even if the packaging has already been produced, it is possible to print a logo on it at a later date.Digital printing is often used for this purpose, which makes it possible to customise parts of the packaging.This process allows the logo to be easily applied to the top of the lid or the edges of the gift box.Digital printing is particularly suitable for small to medium quantities.

Offset printing for large print runs
Offset printing is used for large quantities.Here, however, it is necessary that the material is still flat, i.e. in its original flat state.In offset printing, the material runs through the printing press at high speed.The logo is printed on the surface.The material is then processed into packaging.In offset printing, it is possible to print special colours such as gold or silver or Pantone shades.This makes it possible to implement a corporate colour in line with the original corporate design.

Embossing packaging with logo - hot foil stamping / blind embossing
Another method of adding a logo to packaging is embossing.There are two types of hot foil embossing and blind embossing and they are an exclusive method of decoratively enhancing packaging.Embossing can be used to apply a logo to packaging in small quantities.However, the set-up costs should not be underestimated, as an embossing plate has to be produced before finishing.The cliché is then clamped into the machine and heated and pressurised.embossed into the material.
Hot foil stamping
